Orders and Purchases
All prices are in Iranian Rials and may change without prior notice. Placing an order means accepting the product price at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel orders for valid reasons (such as out of stock).
Payment
Payment is processed through verified bank gateways. We do not store any credit card information. If payment fails, the deducted amount will be refunded to your account within 72 hours.
Intellectual Property
All website content including text, images, logos, and design belongs to Nafis and use without written permission is prohibited. The Nafis brand name and logo are registered trademarks.
Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide accurate information, but we are not responsible for any errors in product descriptions. Responsibility for improper use of products lies with the buyer.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Any disputes arising from the use of this website will be handled in the competent courts of Iran.
